We work on appointments only, so it is important to call us. If we are not answering, we are working and unable to answer immediately. We will call you back soon as possible. You can also send an SMS, or email with a request for grooming time. We need to know the name and breed of the dog, the service you need, and your email and mobile number. We will contact you to adjust a time that best suits you. After that, you will have confirmation by email about the appointment. You can also use the form below to book a time. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, it is good to do that latest 24 h before the appointment time to avoid a no-show fee. If you missed to inform us that you can not come at the scheduled time- the no-show fee needs to be paid before you book a new time. No-show fee is 500 SEK.
